Sleepers are complex track components that cannot be adapted to an adjacent component at will. The design of the turnout sleeper must therefore be largely subordinated to the turnout design. RAILONE masters these adaptation processes and also has the necessary knowledge to manufacture the large number of different sleepers economically and with consistent quality. RAILONE has reached a milestone in this direction in 2019 with the launch of its newest turnout sleeper plant in Schwandorf, Germany. There, turnout sleepers are manufactured in a highly automated and digitized process with worldwide unique productivity and quality.

Properties:

Suitable for standard, heavy-duty or high-speed traffic, depending on the design
sleeper lengths of approx. 1 - 5 m allow use in all variants of single sleepers or crossings as well as in track connections
Variable reinforcement guidance allows use of all common anchoring means such as dowels, through-bolting or anchor channels
Use of sleeper couplings possible, e.g. in the drive area
