B 355 Track Sleeper – precision and quality ensure maximum reliability

At the heart of the RHEDA 2000® system is the bi-block sleeper type B355. It offers the precision and quality of a precast concrete element as well as the robustness required for installation and operation. The sleeper's reinforcement consists of specially designed lattice girders, which connect the two concrete blocks in a dimensionally stable manner and later anchor them permanently in the roadway slab. Thanks to RAILONE's flexible production technology, the concrete blocks that form the rail supports can be adapted to almost any standard rail profile and rail fastening system. The low weight of the sleeper ensures low transportation costs and easy handling on site - without any special equipment.

Properties:

  • Bi-block sleeper for different applications with lattice girder reinforcement
  • Suitable for passenger traffic with 350 km/h and/or 22.5 t axle load and for freight traffic with 32.5 t axle load
  • Design according to customer specification in conjunction with EN 16432 (slab track) and EN 13230 (concrete sleepers)
